Helping artists restore agency and unlock expressive freedom through integrated performance.

About

Integrated artistry, coaching, and pedagogy

Dr. Lester Green is a collaborative pianist, vocal coach, and educator whose work centers on integrated performance. As a performer and teacher, he helps artists restore agency in their technique and remove barriers to expressive freedom.

His coaching focuses on reconnecting performers with the natural coordination of body, breath, imagination, and intention so that artistic ability can emerge with clarity and confidence. Lessons and coachings are designed to locate and remove barriers to artistic expression while building musicianship, communication, and embodied freedom.

Dr. Green serves on the faculty of Morgan State University and the University of Maryland, and his work spans collaborative piano, vocal coaching, musical theatre, performance pedagogy, and artist development.
